Northern Liberties is known as the neighborhood that connects Old City to Fishtown. This forever up-and-coming neighborhood easily stands as one of Philly’s best neighborhoods for dining and drink. The neighborhood lies a little over a mile north of Old City and about two miles from City Hall, which is considered the centermost point of Center City.
