Jamie found me everything and more than I could hope for in a new condo. I got my place for a fantastic price which was due to her negotiating skills. Jamie is hands down the best realtor in Philadelphia. For starters her knowledge of the area is top-notch, so when you meet with her she can easily help guide you to the options that are your best fit, she is available at ALL times, she legitimately cares about her clients and goes above and beyond for them. She is so so patient as well, you can meet with her to just ask about the process and then come back months later to start, she gives no pressure at all. With that said when you are ready she works extremely fast and before you know it you are homeowners of your dream home. Jamie came very highly recommended by family members and she was even better than advertised. She is the absolute best. She responds to every inquiry as quickly as humanly possible, and as first time home buyers with tons of annoying questions, she never once made us feel like we were a bother. Jamie also had great recommendations for every step of the home buying process...home inspectors, lenders, title companies, etc. Most importantly, Jamie has great insight into the Philadelphia market and seemingly knew what would happen with every house we were interested in before it happened. When we were ready to make offers on houses, she always gave us great advice on offer strategy and likely saved us thousands of dollars while getting us into a house we initially thought we’d never be able to afford. I would never consider working with anyone other than Jamie in the future.
