Below are items typically required in the underwriting process.

Offer, Inspections, Financing

  • Jamie will work with you to draft and submit offers and negotiate counteroffers with the Sellers and the Seller’s agent.
  • Jamie will implement the creative strategy that was devised to make you very competitive in this market.
  • Offer may be contingent on inspections to check for structural damage and/or other issues that may need remedy.
  • Jamie will refer you to trusted, certified, and licensed inspectors.
  • In the event an inspection is a contingency with your offer, Jamie will gladly help you navigate through the inspection contingency process.
  • Lender will arrange for a third-party appraiser to conduct a property appraisal to determine the current value and fairness of price if you have acquired a mortgage.

Escrow and Closing

  • After offer is accepted and while inspections and appraisal are being conducted, the title company will handle all paperwork involved.
